Our client is a leading multinational Fast Moving Commodity Goods (FMCG) company that takes pride in manufacturing of some of the worlds leading foods, home and personal care products.
Reporting to the TPM Manager the main purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the TPM department in order to ensure smooth running of activities and execution of the TPM calendar while championing 5S in the offices.

Responsibilities
·
Consolidating on a weekly basis all TPM Key Performance
Indicators (KPIs) for the cluster
·
Consolidating all TPM Steering, Task Force and team meetings
minutes and tracking status.
·
Ensuring availability and readiness of all materials and
facilities for TPM trainings, both internal and external.
·
Ensuring standardized storage of all hard copy and soft copy TPM
records including trainings, projects, Kaizen etc
·
Organizing and coordinating arrangements for TPM departmental
meetings.
·
Drive 5S excellence in offices
·
Coordinating TPM related travel ,both local and international
for staff and visitors
·
Preparation and follow up of internal purchase requisitions,
stationary requisitions and any other administrative role as may be assigned
Requirements
·
A business related degree
·
At least three (3) years experience in a busy administrative
assistant role or equivalent within an operational excellence environment
·
Experience in TPM
·
Experience in Knowledge and Information Management and
Implementing continuous improvement
·
self drive with good team working skills and concern for rigour
and order
