Operations Manager / Sales Manager Job Vacancy

Our client, one of the leading ICT Solutions firm seeks to recruit an experienced Operations / Sales Manager position.

The qualified candidate should have the following qualifications:-

Job Scope:

Responsible for all sales, marketing and company operations management and will direct and manage activities of the sales and company overall function and provide leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with the Company’s vision.

Reports to directors

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a sales and marketing strategy for the market and ensure attainment of overall Company sales goals and profitability through developing marketing campaigns, prospecting for new accounts and developing existing accounts.
  • Establish and communicate sales force objectives and assist in recruiting and retaining the right sales force for effective search of sales leads and prospects
  • Monitor the environment for any opportunities, or threats and make recommendations
  • Implement marketing plans and pricing structures for select accounts
  • Monthly tracking of key account volumes and profit production
  • Prepare annual departmental budgets for implementation of both sales and company strategy
  • Prepare regular sales reports to assist in key decision making on the products
  • Responsible for the work performance and development of the sales team and other departments
  • Oversee the company procedures and policies
  • develops and evaluates performance contracts for company staff
  • Ensure Customer excellence, satisfaction and delivery of Quality products and Services
  • Must be a graduate with a sales and marketing background from the ICT sector
  • Minimum 5years of experience in ICT sector with at-least 2years in senior management level in an ICT solutions company
  • Proven track record of consistent, high performance in sales with strong leadership qualities
  • Must be fully familiar with and competent in Ms. Office packages and use of analytical tools to support business presentations

  • Strong communication and networking skills. A good understanding of brand management and market research
