distributor of protective packaging systems.
Signode is looking for a mature individual to join their team as the Head of Sales and Marketing.
Reporting to the General Manager, the Head of Sales and Marketing will be responsible for the following:

Reporting to the General Manager, the Head of Sales and Marketing will be responsible for the following:
- Enhancing
customer and distributor engagement through on-going value addition programs
and relationship management
- Achieving
sales and margin targets
- Establishing
new distribution channels
- Long
term growth in sales and margin (4 year Long Range Plan)
- People
Management including employee engagement, policies and procedures,
training etc
- Managing
working capital (inventory, collections)
The successful candidate should have the following
qualifications:
- Bachelor’s
degree in Engineering
- Master
of Business Administration (preferred)
- 10
-12 years of successful sales experience of industrial products to
manufacturing industries in East Africa
- Experience
in managing a sales team for at least 4 years
- Experience
in distributor Sales Management
- Experience
in marketing and promotion (preferred)
- Experience
delivering Strategic Customer Management (preferred)
