Architectural Technicians

Qualifications

  • Minimum qualification shall be an Ordinary Diploma from a recognized institution.
  • Be proficient in ARCHICAD, Artlantis, Photoshop and any other Software packages.
  • Should have a minimum of 2 years experience in a busy office.

Interior Designer

Hammer Design & Construction is currently looking for an interior Designer with 3 to 5 years experience in a busy office.

Basic requirements:
 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design
  • Excellent verbal and written business communication skills
  • Experience in managing a client base
  • Thorough knowledge of commercial interiors project constructability, project costs, and current code requirements
  • AutoCAD and Revit experience
Graphic Designer

Summary:
 Soul Marketing and events (a subsidiary of hammer group Ltd) is looking to recruit a young and dynamic Graphic Designer. You will be reporting to the Head of Group operations. 

Skills

Knowledge
  • Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and esthetic design concepts.
  • Determine size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and select style and size of type.
  • Use computer software to generate new images.
  • Mark up, paste, and assemble final layouts to prepare layouts for printer and web hosting.
  • Draw and print charts, graphs, illustrations, and other artwork, using computer.
  • Review final layouts and suggest improvements as needed.
  • Confer with management to discuss and determine layout design.
  • Develop graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and Internet websites.
  • Key information into computer equipment to create layouts for supervisor.
  • Prepare illustrations or rough sketches of material, discussing them with supervisor and making necessary changes.
  • Study illustrations and photographs to plan presentation of materials, products, or services.
  • Prepare notes and instructions for assembling and prepare final layouts for printing.
  • Photograph layouts, using camera, to make layout prints for supervisor’s approval.

  • Working as part of a team with printers, copywriters, photographers, other designers, account executives, web developers and marketing specialists.
Sales and Marketing Executive
