Main Responsibilities
- Processing
Customer Orders.
- Ensuring
that customers Orders are dispatched on time.
- Preparation
of Invoices as per Deliveries done.
- Payments
preparation and allocation.
- Debt
collection
- Credit
notes and Debit notes reconciliation.
- Sales
Administration process.
- Key
accounts management.
- Maintaining
good customer relations
- Carry
out the general back office support to the sales team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s
Degree or equivalent.
- 4
years of experience in a manufacturing unit.
- Experience
in an FMCG environment.
- Must
have thorough Excel knowledge.
- Accounting/Finance
knowledge will be an added advantage.
