§ Develops a sales strategy for the market that ensures
attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
§ Responsible for the performance and development of the
Account Executives.
§ Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for
effective search of sales leads and prospects.
§ Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to
penetrate new markets.
§ Assists in the development and implementation of marketing
plans as needed.
§ Conducts one-on-one review with all Account Executives to
build more effective communications, to understand training and development
needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of Account Executive’s sales
and activity performance.
§ Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding
performance.
§ Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all
completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while
striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
§ Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and
activity reports submitted by Account Executives.
§ Creates and conducts proposal presentations and RFP
responses.
§ Assists Account Executives in preparation of proposals and
presentations.
§ Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
§ Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business
ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the
team.
§ Recruits, tests, and hires Account Executives based on
criteria agreed upon by senior management.
Job Specifications:
§ 4 years of experience in sales management.
§ Extensive experience in sales preferably service industry
§ Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and
requirements.
§ Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams.

Responsibilities
§ Present and sell company products and services to current and
potential clients.
§ Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets
and to project the number of contacts to be made.
§ Respond to and follow up sales enquiries on phone and email.
§ Schedule meetings with potential customers to prospect for
new business
§ Follow up on new leads and referrals.
§ Identify sales prospects and contact other accounts as
assigned.
§ Prepare presentations of new products
§ Establish and maintain current client and potential client
relationships.
§ Resolve client product concerns.
§ Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity,
closings & follow-up.
§ Maintain contact with all clients to ensure high levels of
Client Satisfaction
§ Review their own performance and aim at exceeding their
targets.
Job Specification
§ Personality – Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive
outlook. A natural forward planner who critically assesses own performance.
Mature, credible, and comfortable in dealing with senior big company
executives.
§ Computer Skills-Must be adept in use of MS Office 2007,
particularly Excel, Word, and use Internet and email.
§ Qualification and experience: diploma in sales and Marketing
or Degree in Business related field, preferably marketing.
§ Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and communication,
organizational, problem solving and good presentation skills.
