The ideal candidates must have:-
- Hands – on experience in agriculture.
- A degree holder or diploma in agriculture from a recognised institution.
- A clean driving licence with at least 3 years driving experience.
- Ambitious, self-driven, independent, good communicator, well organised, capable of meeting targets coupled with strong leadership and strategic qualities.
