Territory Manager

The Territory Manager will develop and achieve marketing goals and objectives in a defined geographic area by developing the channel partners, promoting products and services offered by the Company and managing Company assets.
Responsibility of a geographical area will be assigned to the individual together with the responsibility to develop dealers to the level of achieving goals and objectives in line with enterprise goals and objectives.The company is driven by values of innovation, commitment, quality and integrity.

Territory Manager

The Territory Manager will develop and achieve marketing goals and objectives in a defined geographic area by developing the channel partners, promoting products and services offered by the Company and managing Company assets.
He will identify new product needs and makes recommendations to the Business Development Managers.
His major duties will entail:-
- Dealer Development;
- Sales Management;
- Asset Management;
- Orders and Estimates Management;
- Monthly dealer and territory reports.
The following knowledge / technical skills are required:-
- Knowledge of dealers/merchants/alliance partners, finance programs and products.
- Broad based business, sales and marketing skills.
- Knowledge of heavy machinery dealer business practices.
- Willingness to travel.
- Strong Marketing and Sales ability.
- Good administrative and computer system abilities
- Microsoft package knowledge
- Good interpersonal skills
- Be dedicated to customer excellence
- Successful negotiating and selling skills.
- Proficient in both English and Swahili languages.
- Degree in a Business / Marketing Management or Agricultural Science discipline.
