Tender for Supply, Installation and Implementation of an Automated Fleet Management Solution for KTDA Factories

The Kenya Tea Development Agency (MS) Ltd (KTDA) is Kenya’s premier organization, providing management services to 65 tea factories in the small-scale tea sub sector for the efficient production, processing and marketing of high quality tea and related services.
In order to improve efficiency and manage costs associated with the collection of green leaf from the buying centers, KTDA is inviting tenders from suitable and reputable firms to develop /supply, install and implement a real-time fleet and fuel management solution.
Pursuant to this requirement, KTDA invites tenders from interested eligible firms to develop/ supply, install and implement a real-time fleet and fuel management solution for the factories.
Detailed tender documents may be obtained from the Office of the Head of Procurement situated on 1st floor KTDA Farmers Building; Moi Avenue Nairobi, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kenya Shillings 3,000.00 at the Agency’s cash office on 5th Floor.

Should be deposited in the Tender Box at Reception on Ground floor KTDA Farmers Building; Moi Avenue Nairobi not later than 16th August 2011 at 9.00 AM. Submitted documents shall be opened on the same day.
KTDA (MS) LTD reserves the right to accept or reject all or any proposal at any time prior to award of contract, without incurring any liability to affected bidders.
