Mwito Sacco Society Ltd is a SASRA Licensed Sacco with 5,000 Members.
We are in the process of procuring a modern software for the Society that will enable us serve our customers in a faster and more efficient manner.
Proposals are therefore invited from prospective vendors to provide suitable Software Solutions to the Society.
Interested bidders must at least meet the following requirements:
§ Have an understanding of the Sacco Operations
§ Have the relevant technical experience to provide such services
§ Have ability to implement the system within the agreed time frame and guarantee localized technical support for the solution
§ Be able to provide all the legally required modules of a Sacco Software
§ Provide a detailed costing of the Software
Eligible Service Providers who meet the above criteria may obtain the tender documents upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs. 2,000 in form of a bankers Cheque in favour of “MWITO SACCO SOCIETY LTD” at the following address:

The submissions should be delivered in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked Tender for Provision of Sacco Software Solution to the addressee on or before 28th July 2011 at 12.00 noon.
