Electrician Job in Kenya

The Job

Based at our operations at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, Nairobi the overall responsibility of this position will be to maintain all electrical equipment.

The key result areas of this position are:
  • performing maintenance on electrical panels and all types of electrical equipment;
  • installation and maintenance of temperature / pressure and flow switches; and
  • reading and interpreting schematic drawings.
The person

The ideal candidate must possess the qualifications / competencies outlined below.
  • Must have a Diploma in Electrical/Electronics;
  • At least 3 years continuous hands-on experience in electrical/electronics;
  • Knowledge in motor controls, trouble shooting and basic PLC;
  • Expertise in refrigeration and air conditioning systems and related equipment;
  • Excellent communication skills and high degree of initiative and attention to detail.
