Requirements
- Experience in feasibility studies and financial appraisal of projects.
- Experience in submission of building plans and fastracking of approvals.
- Track record of being the lead in delivering high end residential and commercial property developments from concept to completion.
- Experience with working both for contractors as well as clients or project management firm in senior positions.
- Track record of managing and leading teams.
- Degree in a relevant field
- Experience in risk management and lending from a recognised financial institution shall be an added advantage.
Remuneration
