Our Client is a leading global entity and seeks to fill the position of Chief Finance Officer.
Reporting to the Managing Director and with a functional reporting to the Group Chief Finance Officer this position will provide a challenge and excitement to ambitious and go getter individuals.
- Management of all financial accounts, processes and systems as well as ad hoc projects
- Ensuring compliance with group accounting & reporting standards and requirements
- Preparation and presentation of monthly and annual financial reports, including preparation and presentation of forecast and budget analysis
- Management of all finance, accounting and administration staff
- Liaison with the external auditors, tax authorities, other official and legal regulatory bodies to ensure that the agency fully complies with the local laws, standards and regulations.
To be able to effectively execute the above responsibilities, it is expected that you will:
- Possess a Master Degree in Accounting, Business Management, Economics or related majors
- Have a minimum of five years senior management experience in finance and accounting
- Have professional qualification. CPA, ACCA or equivalent
- Be an excellent leader and active team player
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an innate ability to positively influence both internal and external customers
- Have an excellent understanding of Finance and Operational Systems as well as Financial Reporting and Consolidation Processes and Systems with an in depth knowledge on local tax, accounting and sector related regulations
- Be able to work under pressure while staying focused
- Have an excellent command of Ms Office especially Excel.
