The Aptitude test: Passing the test (Last Episode).

From last week we have concentrated on the technical aspect of the aptitude test and the preparation for it. Today I would like to address the aspect of passing the exam itself. As a test taker, you should understand all the aptitude methods like the physical written structure and the computer-adaptive structure of the aptitude test and how to manage your time wisely.

The physical adaptive structure (paper based) is when a test is physically written on either and answer sheet or paper pad. This may easily involve composition or essay writing. It is normally used to see the writing skills of a candidate and the employer can do a little cryptography on the underwriting. Did you know that almost 53% of your personality can be detected from the way you write or from your underwriting? Anyway, on the other hand the computer-adaptive test (CAT) version of the aptitude test is designed to get a more accurate assessment of your skills while asking you fewer questions than its paper-based predecessor did.
