1. Unit Managers

Reporting To: Agency Development Manager

Job Objective: To market the company’s Life Insurance products and services in the designated area of business (Nairobi. Kisii, Meru, Mombasa and Nakuru)

Key Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities
  • To market the company’s products and services
  • To recruit new intermediaries and service existing ones
  • To supervise, manage and motivate agents of the company for the purpose of soliciting, procuring and promptly submitting proposals for the Company products

  • Assist in ensuring excellent customer service standards across the organization
  • Organize forums and activities to market the company’s services
  • To monitor, gather and report to the Agency Development Manager any useful marketing intelligence information
  • Any other duties assigned to you from time to time
Academic & Professional Qualifications & Experience
  • Degree in Social Sciences or Business Administration
  • At least two years proven record of sales and marketing experience in life
  • Certificate of Proficiency in Insurance
  • MS Office skills
  • Unit leadership experience will be an added advantage
  • Knowledge of Kenyan Insurance Regulations

2. Marketing Executives 

Reporting To: Marketing Manager

Job Objective: To market the company’s products and services in the designated area of business (Kisii, Meru, Mombasa and Nakuru)

Key Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities
  • To market the company’s products and services
  • To recruit new intermediaries and service existing ones
  • To support the Marketing Manager in their endeavors to generate more business opportunities.
  • Assist in ensuring excellent customer service standards across the organization
  • Organize forums and activities to market the company’s services
  • To monitor, gather and report to the marketing manager any useful marketing intelligence information.
  • Any other duties assigned to you from time to time
Academic & Professional Qualifications
  • Degree in Social Sciences from a recognized university
  • Certificate of Proficiency in Insurance
  • MS Office skills
  • 3 years working experience in managing retail operations
  • Knowledge of Kenyan Insurance Regulations
