On behalf of our client an Insurance firm based in Mombasa we would like to tap the talent of a highly efficient Receptionist.
The candidate should have the following;
· At least a Certificate/Advanced diploma in Front Office Management or related qualification
· Secretarial Training an added advantage.
· 2 years experience in related discipline
· Excellent knowledge in Computers and packages
· Proficiency in English a must.
Key responsibilities will include:-
· Answer telephone, screen and direct calls ,take and relay messages.
· Deal with queries from the public and customers.
· Monitoring staff movements in and out of organization.
· General administrative and clerical support.
· Preparation of letters and documents as assigned.
· Maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically.
· Tidy and maintain the reception area
· Any other relevant duty assigned.
