Programme Manager Job Vacancy

The Kenya Local Capacity Development Facility (K-LCDF) is an initiative of SNV Netherlands Development Organization together with a consortium of Thought Leaders, intended to create a market embedded capacity development facility as a means to support localization and sustainability of capacity development services in Kenya.

K-LCDF seeks to bring a “coalition of change” comprising partners from the private sector, civil society, government and different interest groups to focus on changing the rules around local market capacity development (CD), alongside facilitating deliverables in sectors and themes that are of importance to local actors.

The facility aims at addressing systemic issues at national and sub-national levels to create a conducive environment as prerequisites for the development of a vibrant CDS market while at the same time improving demand expression and quality of supply for CDS at the sub-national level, where capacity gaps have been identified as a main threat to implementing effective reforms for economic growth and poverty reduction.

The facility is hosted in its pilot phase by Pact Kenya and Kenya Community Development Fund (KCDF) on behalf of other LCDF partners.

On behalf of the K-LCDF, Pact Kenya is seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to fill the position of LCDF Programme Manager, who will be responsible for leading and managing the affairs of the K-LCDF as it moves into implementation of a pilot phase.
