The candidate should have the following;

- University degree with bias in Sales and Marketing/Post graduate diploma in the same would be an advantage.
- Full understanding on how security firms operate.
- 3 years experience in related discipline.
- 5 years driving experience with valid BCE Driving License.
- Excellent knowledge in Computers and packages.
- Good Interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
Key responsibilities will include:-
- Conduct extensive market research and gather information on current business area.
- Investigate the economic conditions of the market.
- Train the security staff.
- Constantly be in search for new business opportunities and help with the company’s business strategy.
- Improve networking with other renowned businesses and stakeholders.
- Develop innovative marketing techniques and tactics for implementation in marketing specified products and services and adopt new strategies to keep pace with the advancing business world.
- Motivate sales and marketing employees and ensure work done more efficiently.
