- Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market.
- Provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values.
- Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the sales and marketing area.
- To manage effective sales and merchandising functions through knowledge and understanding of interior designing.
- Implement plans set by senior management and delivering the objectives for the various brand portfolios.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business plans and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals, profitability and achievement of sales targets.
- Prepare action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
- Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
- Build effective internal and external customer relationships
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research
- To identify and exploit area sales and promotional opportunities for product ranges
- To effectively use trade presenters to meet targets and objectives
- Handle customer complaints and enquiries swiftly
- Liaise regularly with other departments to ensure product availability in line with sales requirements
- Recommend and get involved in new product development
- Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance and competition.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in interior Designing or a Business Related Field
- 2 -3 years interior designing experience including sales
- Diploma in Interior Designing
