Inox Steel Works is an engineering company specializing in design, manufacture, installation and servicing of stainless steel: kitchen, food processing, pharmaceutical, mechanical ventilation, dairy, hospital and mortuary equipments & machinery.
We are looking to hire Outdoor Salesmen/Ladies who have a proven track record in sales and marketing
Job purpose:
Wide knowledge of stainless steel products to ensure that the best products possible are delivered to the customer to guarantee their repeat business
Key Performance Areas:
· Client liaison and service
· Accuracy in admin
· Knowledge of markets and industry
· Maximize sales function
· Sound product knowledge
· Meeting Sales targets & Deadlines
Experience:
· At least one year experience in sales and marketing with a busy company (potential candidates with no experience will be considered)
Functional output/activities:
· Client liaison and service
· Ensure 100% accuracy of the following functions:-
1. Quotations
2. Orders
3. Advice to customers
4. Follow up on orders and service with customers
5. Build relationships with customers
6. Source new clients
7. Take full responsibility for profitability and service of sales department
8. Resolve client queries
Technical Knowledge
· Ensure complete knowledge of stainless steel products, their usage and size specifications.
· Coordinate with the technical team to ensure that the products are fabricated according to the customer’s requirement and delivered on time.
Administration
· Ensure 100% accuracy in invoicing and quotations
· Follow up on the back orders and follow policies and procedures involving invoicing of cash and credit sales.
· Payment follow up with customer
· Ensure 100% accuracy in the description of products before making to making sales
Qualification
· Diploma/ degree in sales and marketing
Package
· Basic Salary 15,000/- net
· Plus Sales Commission
· Transportation provided
· Telephone Allowance
