Minimum Qualifications:
·         Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources from a renowned university.
·         2 years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions.
·         Below 32 years of age

Necessary Skills & Qualities:
·         High level of integrity and commitment.
·         Disciplined, Strong and Principled with ability to take a decisive action without being compromised.
·         Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and Kiswahili languages.
·         Self confident and professionally tactful with ability to stand by their conviction in the face of opposing opinions.
·         Ready to work under pressure or over-time with minimum or no supervision to achieve company set targets.
·         Outstanding knowledge of various computer operating systems and programs such as Windows and Microsoft Office.
·         Knowledge of employment related laws and common practices, unemployment and labor laws
Duties:
·         Formulate and recommend Human Resources policies and objectives for the company.
·         Perform staff evaluation and appraisal, staff training and Implementation of Human resource policies.
·         Source for employees and recruit appropriate personnel for different departments up to the final selection and placement without bias.
·         Maintain and update personnel file records (both in paper and electronic)
