In conjunction with the Federal Ministry of Environment, our client, through the design of the Nigeria Clean Energy Access Program (NCEAP) aims to provide solar and inverter technologies as well as energy sufficient lighting as an intervention to the epileptic power situation in Nigeria.

Field Supervisor
Location : Lagos, Abuja, Port-Harcourt
Country : Nigeria
Reporting to the Project Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for the supervision of on-site installation, maintenance, modification and repair of inverter systems.
Key Activities
·         Installation, maintenance, modification and repair of inverter systems.
·         Provide operation, maintenance and repair of the equipment to customers.
·         Serve as company liaison with customers on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects.
·         Conduct product training to client.
·         Write maintenance strategies to help with installation and commissioning guidelines, maintenance and repair.
Training and qualifications
·         Minimum of Higher National Diploma (HND) or equivalent in Electrical Engineering from a reputable institution.
·         Five (5) years professional experience with at least one (1) year inverter installation experience.
·         Minimum of A+ Certification.
Essential Knowledge and skills
·         Good verbal and written communication skills.
·         Must be a good driver and must possess a valid driver’s licence.
·         Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Exchange and internet skills.
·         Ability to balance and prioritise multiple responsibilities.
·         Strong problem solving ability, decision making, reliability and initiative.
·         Self-confidence and ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
·         The position requires extensive travel and long hours while working on site.
