Responsibilities
- Developing and executing Marketing plans and managing A and P activities and budgets in liaison with our International brand partners.
- Monitoring marketing efforts.
- Initiating and implementing merchandising programmes.
- Developing and conducting trade and consumer promotions.
- Monitoring competitor activities and responding appropriately.
- Providing monthly reporting on a timely basis to management of the company and also to our International brand partners.

Qualifications
- The ideal candidate should have a minimum of at least 5 years of experience in the FMCG sector. Preference will be given to those candidates who have experience in the confectionery category.
- Knowledge and experience with Key Accounts Management is essential for this position.
- Exceptional organizational skills; able to multi-task, prioritize and balance competing & changing priorities.
- Problem solver; quick on your toes and able to apply your resources to find creative solutions.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet
- Demonstrated Team Player.
- The ideal candidate will be based in Nairobi.
