IRC Health Team Leader Job in Kenya

The International Rescue Committee (IRC) in Kenya serves vulnerable populations in the Turkana region and refugees in the Kakuma and Dadaab (Hagadera) camps.

The IRC implements programs in the areas of comprehensive primary health care, nutrition, sanitation and hygiene and HIV/ AIDS.

Health Team Leader 


IRC is currently looking for a Health Team Leader who shall work under the supervision of the Project Coordinator.

The Health Team Leader (HTL) is responsible for overall technical implementation, coordination and management of IRC’s Kakuma Refugee Camp health programs, overseeing the delivery of an integrated package of preventive and curative healthcare services in the camp to ensure improvement and maintenance of public health performance indicators as per SPHERE / UNHCR / WHO in Kakuma refugee camp and providing financial and grant management to ensure program spending is in line with approved budgets.

He/she supervises Health Program Managers and is based in Kakuma Refugee Camp.
