A Flexible Packaging firm in Nairobi seeks qualified personnel to fill the following available positions
Engineer
Reports to CEO and Production Manager
Oversees full preventive and breakdown maintenance of Printing, Binding and Finishing machines.
Minimum requirements: Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and 3 years experience in a similar capacity.
Engineer Assistant
Reports to the Engineer
Assists the engineers in all Maintenance departmental duties as assigned.
Minimum requirements: Degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering. Previous working
experience in a similar capacity is of an added advantage, fresh graduates are however encouraged to apply.
Production Supervisor
Reports to Production Manager
Assists in the planning and execution of production activities and procedures to meet set targets, Inspects work in progress and finished materials, Schedules machine repair, Maintenance and submission of appropriate production records and any other duties as assigned.
Minimum requirements: Degree or Higher National Diploma in Print Technology or related field, at least 5 years experience in a printing press with a working knowledge of printing machines preferably Heidelberg Speedmasters.
The candidates will have excellent analytical, computer, oral and written communications skills.
Must be all rounders, working under minimal supervision and willing to work long hours when expected.
