The company which offers both Stock Brokerage and Investment Banking services has recently launched an attractive innovation in shares trading through the On-Line shares trading platform, SRT (Suntra Real Time).

To roll out this innovation, new positions have arisen in it’s establishment as follows;

Marketing and Customer Services Manager

Reporting to the Managing Director, the successful applicant will have the overall responsibility of overseeing the Departments functions, the specific duties will entail inter alia:

  • Preparation and implementation of company’s marketing, sales and Customer services programmes in line with the company’s strategy, objectives, and annual budgets.
  • Ensuring the company grows and retain it’s market share of business from corporate and institutional segments.
  • Creating and maintaining critical data on customer profiles, target markets and allocating appropriate resources accordingly.
  • Conducting market surveys and research to guide the Board and Senior management in marketing strategy, customer service improvement and the company’s public relations.
  • Providing monthly, quarterly and adhock reports on sale and marketing performance against budgets, competition and market conditions.
  • Conducting a cost benefit analysis on existing and new products and services and advising on new market developments.
  • Supervising field agents in liason with our business partner in SRT, to ensure the successful roll out of the product
The holder of this position will be a graduate of Bachelor of Commerce/Business Administration from recognized Universities with a major in Marketing, have an MBA post qualification certificates in management and at least 5 years experience in the financial services industry

Information Technology Executive

Reporting to the Head of Finance and Administration the holder of this position will have the following responsibilities.
  • Prepare the company’s information technology needs and human resource. Overseeing implementation of IT strategy across the various functions in the company.
  • Supervise the IT personnel and train customer service personnel on all automated process and oversee the efficient operation of SRT (Suntra Real Time).
  • Review existing and available IT systems in use in the Stock-Brokerage business, recommend their applicability and competitiveness in line with the company’s growth plans
  • Prepare, advise and implement process and operational controls and management programmes for the company IT systems. Review all financing implications of adopting the recommended IT arrangements for the company’s.
The holder of this position will be an Information Technology graduate, with post qualification experience in finance and have a minimum of 5 years relevant years experience in the financial services industry.
