Manager, People and Change Job in Kenya

Reporting to the People and Change solution set leader, your role will entail leading a team of dedicated staff to respond to our client’s requirements, ensuring the team is highly motivated and actively participating in business development initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have not less than 7 years of HR Consulting
experience in a professional services environment or 5 years hands-on HR Generalist experience plus 2 years experience in HR Consulting environment. In addition, the candidate will need to have a minimum of a Bachelors Degree in a relevant discipline. A postgraduate qualifi cation in Human Resource Management and/or Organisation Development, Business Administration or its equivalent is desirable although not essential.
