- Technical knowhow and Property Maintenance knowledge
- Administrative capability
- Computer literate
- Must have good oral and written communication skills
- Good organisational and decision making ability
- Needs to be polite, tactful, honest and firm in dealing with people
- Qualification – Candidate should have experience in Building Maintenance
- At least 5yrs experience.
