We are seeking to strengthen our Advisory business by recruiting highly motivated and qualified 
Human Resources (HR) professionals to fill the following challenging roles within our dynamic People and Change Consulting practice.

Senior Manager / Director

Reporting to the People and Change Solution set leader, the role holder will develop, lead and manage HR advisory assignments for clients in public and private sector including HR strategy and policy, executive search and selection, organization design and restructuring, human resources planning, Job evaluation and grading, change management, skills assessment and mapping, capacity building and training, salary and benefits consulting and performance management.

We are looking for candidates with not less than 10 years of HR Consulting experience in a professional services environment or 8 years hands-on HR Generalist experience plus 2 years experience in HR Consulting environment.

In addition, the ideal candidate will need to have a minimum of a Bachelors Degree in a relevant discipline. A postgraduate qualification in Human Resource Management and/or Organisation Development, Business Administration or its equivalent is desirable although not essential.

Manager

Reporting to the People and Change solution set leader, your role will entail leading a team of dedicated staff to respond to our client’s requirements, ensuring the team is highly motivated and actively participating in business development initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have not less than 7 years of HR Consulting experience in a professional services environment or 5 years hands-on HR Generalist experience plus 2 years experience in HR Consulting environment.

In addition, the candidate will need to have a minimum of a Bachelors Degree in a relevant discipline. A postgraduate qualification in Human Resource Management and/or Organisation Development, Business Administration or its equivalent is desirable although not essential.

For both positions, it is important that the candidates possess the following competencies:

  • Ability to build, maintain and utilise network of client and internal relationships;
  • Ability to define and manage projects;
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills;
  • Must demonstrate excellent leadership skills and ability to develop others through coaching.
