- Assist in pre employment process
- Putting in place an employee data base
- Up dating Human Resource records.
- Assist in carrying out Training Needs Analysis
- Assist in performance appraisals
- Assist in implementing HR Policies and guidelines
- Prepare word, excel and power point documents
- Assist in administrative duties
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management
- Have a passion for HR Management
- Experience in HR added advantage
