Five newly established co-operative societies serving smallholder tea growers in Kericho and its environs seek to recruit the services of qualified managers to facilitate their day to day activities:
Among the key responsibilities include the following:
- General management of the society
- Implementation of the decisions of the management committee
- Establish of a pricing strategy for products and services
- Timely preparation of society’s business plans, budgets and monthly returns.
The incumbent should possess the following qualifications:
- CPA/ACCA part II
- Diploma in co-operative management or relevant field
- 3 years of relevant experience especially in the tea sector
- Experience in computerized accounting
