In order to help deliver the business’s strategic objectives, we seek to appoint highly talented Client Service Director to join a dedicated team in order to ensure and enhance the delivery of clients’ strategic marketing and communication objectives.
Key responsibilities:
(i) Provide strategic and marketing leadership
·         Champion and lead the current portfolio of brands to ensure quality delivery of the clients branding initiatives.
·         Engage clients with an integrated approach of brand building solutions and strategies.
·         To lead client service team to achieve revenue targets for the business units profitably while building trust, credibility of the agency.
(ii) Build and grow client relationships
·         Ensure proactive and response driven campaigns are executed flawlessly – on time, on budget and exceeding client expectations
·         Work with clients and internal teams (client servicing, planning and creative’s) on brand strategy and feasible creative expressions of ideas that are targeted towards enhancing the brands in our portfolio
(iii) Effectively manage team
·         Develop, challenge, mentor, motivate, and retain dedicated client services teams
·         To manage a client service team, ensuring an effective interface between operational areas of the business and integration with other units.
·         Provide team leadership, foster teamwork and a constructive work environment.
Position requires
·         You are either a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing option) or possess professional qualification in Marketing or Communications ie CIM Postgraduate. An MBA will be an added bonus.
·         Over 8 years experience in client servicing management in an advertising agency with undying and ever growing passion for enhancing clients business
·         A theoretical and practiced knowledge in strategic marketing and management, ability to develop brand strategy and accompanying activation action plans.
·         Ability to work under pressure, be multi-task oriented and meet deadlines
What you need to be;
·         Analytical, creative and have high level of insight into marketing and strategic management
·         Passionate, flexible but firm, have self-drive, team player, tolerant, ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
·         Highly disciplined and have understanding into human behaviour and motivations.
·         Good communication skills both oral and written.
·         Flexible to travel in short notice, work long hours, and manage tight deadlines.
