Our client in the Motor vehicle parts industry is looking for Qualified and eligible individuals for the position of Account Manager.
This will be a permanent position based in Kenya –Nairobi and will be reporting to the Sales Director
Responsibilities
· Contribute to defining a commercial policy specific to each customer.
· Development of Annual Plan for each account(s).
· Preparing an Operational action plan including forecasting, quantitative objectives, follow up.
· Implement and oversee Operational action plan and its results.
· Provide Technical support to customers
· Good written and oral communication skills in English
· Ability to apply a sales technique
· Self starter
· Work as individual and part of team
· Business savvy
· Proven ability to work independently and proactively
Prerequisites
Educational level or equivalent:
· Degree Commercial or Technical
Professional expérience:
· at least three (3) years experience in a sales environment
· knowledge of managing of accounts essential
· mechanical / industrial background
Specific training or accreditations:
· Excel
· General
· This is a field based position (approximately 80%)
· Extensive business travel required on regular basis
Non-Negotiable Requirements
· Credit and Criminal clear checks.
· Validation of Highest Level of Education.
· Two Valid References
· Valid driver’s license
