•To ensure that the foreign exchange trading customer base grows to the required levels so as to be able to sustain consistent growth in foreign exchange income as per set targets.
• To grow the customer deposit base as per the set targets which boosts money market trading and investments.
• To manage the cost of new liabilities booked within budget estimates.
• To ensure customer satisfaction through effective relationship management by doing regular visits, and timely feedback as per the set targets
• Coordinate with direct sales staff, relationship managers and branch managers so as to be able to convert new business leads.
• To manage the operating costs within the set budget
• New ideas geared towards product development
• To ensure prudent risk management through satisfactory internal and external audits
• Employee relations and development
Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS:
• A Second class degree and above, in Commerce, Business Administration or Economics
.
• A MBA or Postgraduate in Finance is an added advantage
• A Professional qualification Accounting or Financial services is an added
Advantage
.
EXPERIENCE:
• At least three (3) years experience financial institution.
SPECIAL SKILLS:
• A good understanding of Treasury products and management
• Good Sales background and relationship management skill
• Good foreign currency and money market trading skills
• A clear understanding of financial markets
• Excellent numeric skills and analytical skills
• Good interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
