Accountant

·         Bachelor of Commerce Degree with CPA part IV

·         Knowledge of computerized accounting and stock control

·         Knowledge of PAYE, VAT and statutory deductions

·         Stock and Bank reconciliation

·         Management account reporting

·         5 year experience

Bartender

·         Knowledge of cocktail,liquors and wines

·         Mathematical ability

·         Good communication skills

·         Computer literate

·         3 yrs experience

Chef

·         • 3 yrs experience in a busy restaurant

·         • Relevant qualification

·         • Menu preparation

·         • Cost control

Waiters

·         computer literate

·         2 yrs experience in a busy bar

·         Age between 23-27 only
