Position involves:
- Execution of Strategic Plan to coordinate school opening in Jan 2010
- Ensure Free The Children organizational culture built into Kisaruni Girls School
- Public Relations with all community members and stakeholders
- Manage staff of teachers, groundskeepers, cook, security, etc.
- Procurement of, and Monitor Inventory of, Kisaruni materials and supplies;
- Coordination with outside stakeholders to learn and implement best practices;
Qualifications:
- A Lady preferably
- Excellent organizational and communication (interpersonal/oral/written)
- Shown dedication and passion to education
- Ability to work independently and be a team player
- Demonstration of clear, critical thinking and decision-making
- Excellent Computer skills and Project reporting skills
- Team player who is also full of initiative
- Outgoing with her team and visiting volunteers
- Ideally a woman between age 30-38
- Humble and appreciative, Youthful, energetic, and enthusiastic.
