Kenya Education Staff Institute (KESI) Tender Notice

Kenya Education Staff Institute (KESI), the capacity building agency of the Ministry of Education invites applications from suitably qualified firms to undertake the following consultancies which are funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID):
Tender No: KESI/T/2/2010-2011
Title of Consultancy:
 Development of Curricula for KESI Courses
General Purpose of the Consultancy: 
Develop curricula including syllabuses for the training programs.
Tender No: KESI/T/7/2010-2011
Title of Consultancy: 
Development of open and Distance Learning Modules
General Purpose of the Consultancy:
 Develop distance learning modules for the training programs offered by KESI
Application:
Full Terms of Reference (TORs) and detailed requirements can be obtained from KESI, 6th Avenue, Mtama Road, Parklands, procurement office at KESI during normal working hours (8:00a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) from Monday to Friday.
Interested consultant should submit their proposal, which should contain the following documents:
·         A detailed curriculum vitae
·         A capacity statement demonstrating that the candidate is capable of doing the job, based on academic qualifications and past professional experience
·         A technical offer, with a clear timeframe and a description of the proposed methodology, detailing how the deliverables will be achieved
·         Evidence of successfully completed projects in the last three (3) years.
·         Financial statements audited by certified accounting firm.
·         A financial offer detailing the various costs associated with the delivery of the above services.
·         A copy of the official registration as a consultant, tax compliance, VAT etc.
The proposals should be submitted not later than Friday 26th November, 2010 at 11.00 am, in sealed envelopes in the Tender Box at the Kenya Education Staff Institute, addressed to:
