Effective with the release of this announcement, Winrock International will be recruiting applicants for several positions for an anticipated HIV/AIDS Prevention Program in Tanzania. The responsibilities, duties, and qualifications are described in the attached position description. Position is contingent upon receipt of donor funding.

POSITION DESCRIPTION
POSITION TITLE: Various
LOCATION: Tanzania
UNIT: Empowerment and Civic Engagement
PROGRAM SUMMARY: Winrock is recruiting for various positions under a potential HIV/AIDS prevention program that will be based in Tanzania. Positions are contingent upon receipt of donor funding.
QUALIFICATIONS AND BACKGROUND:
Expertise is sought in one or more of the following areas: HIV/AIDS Prevention, HIV/AIDS Awareness/Communications, HIV/AIDS Policy/Advocacy, NGO Capacity-building, Grants/Financial Management, Monitoring and Evaluation, Advocacy, Communications, and Outreach Strategies, Program Management, Human Resources, Office Administration.
Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in international development, public health, communications, or related field. Advanced degrees preferred.
Work Experience: Minimum of four years' work experience in international development, public health, social work, or related field. Experience with Most At-Risk Populations (MARPs) and USAID/PEPFAR programs preferred.
Skills:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office software;
Excellent analytical, writing, and communications skills;
Fluency in written and spoken English
