The New Kenya Co-operative Creameries Limited is one of the leading Dairy Companies in the country re-known for its world class brands that include KCC Butter, Ghee, Cheese, Gold Crown, Safariland Powder and Mala among others.

We wish to recruit dynamic and result driven professionals to fill the position of:

Area Sales Manager

HR/ASM/01/010

The Area Sales Manager will be reporting to the National Sales Manager.

The Job

The Area Sales Manager will facilitate the Sales and Marketing department in the achievement of performance target at the regional level and to act as a link between the depot and the head office.

He/She will be in charge of the following:

·         Setting and achievement of sales target for the region.

·         Management of the sales and distribution network at the regional level.

·         Supervision of the Sales staff for the region.

·         Preparation of budget for the regional sales area.

·         Managing and controlling credit among clients.

The Candidate

·         Must have Bachelors Degree in Marketing or its equivalent from a recognized university.

·         At least 5 years experience in a similar position.

·         Must have at least 3 years driving experience with valid driving license.

Essential Skills will include:-

·         Proficient with office computer applications

·         Excellent analytical skills.

·         Well developed report writing skills.

·         Time management skills and attention to detail.

·         Must have good interpersonal and communication skills.

·         Must have prior experience supervising a unit/other doing similar work.
