DT Dobie Technical Training Instructor Job Vacancy

We are seeking to recruit a dynamic, innovative and experienced individual to fill the position above.

Based in Nairobi, the successful candidate will be reporting to the General Manager Service.

For appointment to this position the ideal candidate must have the following minimum qualifications, knowledge and skills:-

Qualifications

·         Higher diploma in Mechanical Engineering

·         3 years experience as a Trainer in a reputable company

·         Minimum “O” level qualifications

·         Possess excellent IT skills

·         A first degree will be an added advantage

Knowledge & Skills

·         Strong demonstrated training skills and able to impart knowledge effectively to his/her trainees

·         Familiar with different training & learning methods e.g. seminar presentations, group work etc as well as usage of training media e.g. flip charts & overheads projectors

·         Conversant with training evaluation methods

·         Good product knowledge

·         Willing to learn

·         Market focused & business minded

·         Strong organization skills

·         Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

·         Ability to work under pressure

·         A track record of meeting deadlines and achieving targets

·         Must be an enthusiastic coach
