Marketing Manager
Key Responsibilities
· To create and develop strong business relationships through well developed networking skills
· To identify target markets and growth strategies for the company
· To develop and market our products and services, locally and regionally
· To successfully handle public relations
· To organize Company promotional activities in order to showcase Company products as well as profile the Organization favorably in the market
Job Requirements
· Bachelors Degree with a marketing option
· Insurance qualifications ACII/COP (Minimum 5 units) essential
· Excellent knowledge of the insurance market trend
· Minimum 5 years relevant experience in similar position in a similar Organization.
· IT literate
Claims Manager
Key Responsibilities
· To ensure that systems and procedures covering claims operations are adhered to
· Working closely with the Underwriting Department to ensure that policy terms and conditions are adhered to
· To handle recovery of claims
· To ensure the highest level of quality customer service in the claims process
Job Requirements:
· Bachelors Degree with an Insurance option/ L.L.B Degree
· ACII Qualification (Minimum 5 units) essential
· Excellent knowledge of claims management of general insurance business
· 5 years relevant experience in a busy Insurance Claims Department
· IT literate
Credit Controller
Key Responsibilities:
· To work directly with internal and external customers, vendors and other agencies to give or collect information, resolve account reconciliation / invoice issues
· To analyze financial information for management decisions
· To ensure compliance of financial records
· To liaise with other departments on collection of outstanding amounts by providing accurate debtor analysis
· To be part of the team handling regulatory reporting and general ledger reconciliations.
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree with an Accounting option
· CPA or ACCA Qualifications
· Strong skills in journal entry preparation, GL account reconciliation, and financial analysis of data.
· 5 years relevant experience in similar position in credit management.
· IT literate
IT Support/Systems Administrator
Key Responsibilities:
· Responsible for managing business system infrastructure and ensuring full time availability
· Responsible for administration of the business management systems
· Understanding requirements of the internal business departments (General and Life) and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
· Operate as the internal business systems first line support and provide advice to end users on business systems.
· Delivery of business systems training materials to end users
Job Requirements:
· A University degree in Computer Science
· Proper understanding of IT Systems
· Good work experience with Oracle applications
· Possess excellent communication, planning and organizational skills
· Strong interpersonal skills and good team player
· Insurance underwriting knowledge and experience in use of insurance software applications will be an added advantage
· Project management experience highly recommended
