An international HIV/AIDS research organization based in Nairobi is looking for an experienced professional for the following position:-

Responsibilities:
- Manage clinical trials and epidemiology studies according to Good Clinical Practice Standards
- Manage the clinical operations of clinical trials to ensure protocols and study related activities are conducted in compliance with ICH GCP guidelines;
- Provide support and technical assistance to Clinical Trial sites;
- Ensure study approvals and documentation are maintained;
- Other related activities as required
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelors degree in a science field (e.g. Biological or physical sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy etc). Advanced degree desirable.
- Minimum of 3 years work experience in clinical research management.
- 3-4 years experience as a CRA required for Senior CRA position
- Experience in management of multiple clinical trials at multiple sites.
- Experience in monitoring Clinical Trials
- Knowledge and proficiency in GCP, ICH guidelines and regulatory procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Computer skills with knowledge of MS Word, Excel and e-mail
- Knowledge and experience in HIV medicine an advantage
- Willing to travel.
