Superdoll is one of the most reputable companies in East Africa and a leading trailer manufacturer in Tanzania as well as distributor of world renowned automotive products such as Michelin tyres, BF Goodrich tyres, Mann filters, Hella, Corghi machines, Jost, Varta & Optima batteries, Textar brake linings, Heli forklifts etc

We are looking to recruit suitable persons to strengthen our sales team and fill the positions of Sales Manager and Sales Executive.

The applicants are expected to be self driven and creative, to have keen business acumen and strong analytical mind, ability to quickly analyze & present opportunities, excellent interpersonal, networking and teamwork skills for maintaining interfaces with different functions, be able to work under pressure and meet d eadlines with minimum supervision, they should also possess excellent communication and presentation skills.

1) Sales Manager

Shall take care of our tyre and tyre related products and services and shall report to Head of sales:

Job Responsibilities: (Not Exhaustive, but Indicative of the general nature of the job)
  • To plan and achieve Sales and Collection targets
  • Maintain personal relationships with all customers to build business.
  • To provide technical analysis and advice customers accordingly.
  • To provide technical training to drivers/ workshop managers etc on all products falling under his portfolio.
  • To be innovative and provide creative ideas to enhance sales and services.
  • Foreseeing sales on a weekly/ monthly/ quarterly and yearly basis.
  • Aggressively seeking out daily sales from new customers and providing long term direction to sales.
  • Achieve sales targets through direct sales and tenders.
Requirements
  • At least 7 years experience in tyres and at least 4 years as a manager.
  • Strong communication in Kiswahili and English
  • Computer Literate
  • A graduate in business studies or equivalent.
2) Sales Executive

Shall be responsible for achieving sales and collection targets in assigned territories

Job Responsibilities
 (Not Exhaustive, but Indicative of the general nature of the job)
  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers and looking for new business opportunities by widening customer base within the specified territories.
  • As part of the sales responsibility, incumbent will have a pulse of the market and should be able measure the market and competition on a continuous basis.
  • Market visits to meet customers and engage them in building expectations to increase the business size.
  • Receivables are reviewed in a timely way with the customers and ensure that the outstanding receivables are secured and paid in accordance with the credit terms agreed with the customer
Requirements
  • Graduate in business studies or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Tyre Sales in a reputed firm.
