The purpose of the position is to coordinate implementable strategies under the on-going Community based Strategy for the management of the Environment and Resources of Lake Victoria (COSMERLAV).

Applicants should be mature professionals with a solid background in environmental management.
Other required qualifications include:
- A good University degree preferably at postgraduate level
- Excellent communication and report writing skills
- Ability to lead and motivate multi-disciplinary team
- Experienced in Project Management at National level
- Effective and efficient use of computer packages in management systems
Successful applicant is expected to assist the program coordinator in managing all activities under COSMER-LAV.
