1. Regional Projects Manager
Job Profile:

·         Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.

2. Regional Projects Engineer
Job Profile:
To supervise the Cell site Electrical Work and installation of Electrical equipments like DG, PIU, ACPDB, AMF Panels, AC, Power Plants, Battery Banks etc. for cellular operators within the company roll of clients.
Responsibilities and Skills:
·         Site survey for civil & electrical works.
·         Supervision of Civil foundations of tower, DG Set, OD Cage, Shelter.
·         Supervision of Tower & Shelter erection.
·         Indoor & Outdoor electrical works as per specification.
·         Proper documentation & supervision for RFE & AT.
·         Punch point clearance of the site.
·         Maintenance of the site equipments
·         Liaison with the vendor, deployment of vendors’ technician team as well as companies own team to execute the project within the specified time frame.
·         Electrical work implementation at cell sites in the cluster.
·         Looking after O&M activities in the cluster.
·         Installation & commissioning PIU, ACPDB, AMF Panel, GCU, & Servo etc.
·         DG & AC installation & commissioning
·         Installation & commissioning of battery bank & Power Plant.
·         Alarm testing after site integration/ on air.
·         AT of completed work with pre approved checklist.
Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering/Civil Engineering
Experience: 3-5 years with Diploma and 2 years with Degree.
3. Site Acquisitions Executive
Responsibilities
IT Purchases, Administrative Procurement, Indirect Purchases and Real Estate consisting of:
·         Negotiations, finalization & procurement of Capital requirements, IT infrastructure items, Peripherals, Consumables and application & office related software licenses.
·         Finalization of bandwidth / leased lines for networking different offices and sites.
·         Negotiations and finalization of Annual Maintenance Contracts and other miscellaneous contracts. (Ticketing, Housekeeping, Security, etc.)
·         Optimization of Costs and various IT solutions, in accordance with the Organizational requirement to further put pressure on purchasing costs.
·         Responsible for Real Estate requirements fulfillment by opening offices across the region based on the requirements.
·         Finalization of Office Space.
·         Co-ordination with the Pre-Sales and Marketing groups at the tender submitting stage in the costing of turnkey solutions.
·         Cost control and cost reduction in purchasing.
Job Skills
·         Proficiency in Material Management module of SAP-ERP.  Regular monitoring of pending PR and PO status, Generation of various exceptional reports and maintenance of info records & vendor database in SAP.
·         Negotiations, finalization & procurement of Capital requirements, IT infrastructure items (Desktops, Servers, Workstations and Routers etc.), Peripherals, Local & Imports of Capital, Consumables and application & office related software licenses.
·         Negotiations and finalization of Annual Maintenance Contracts and other miscellaneous contracts. (Ticketing, Helpers & Packaging, Transportation, Housekeeping, Security, Catering etc.).
·         Exchanging notes with other group companies on the prices, commercial terms and conditions, contract terms and conditions, relevant updates & vendor information.
Educational Qualification: Graduate in any stream
Experience: 2-3 years relevant experience
4. Regional MIS Coordinator
·         Develops and implements a master plan for frequency of equipment replacement to match the relative pace of technology.
·         Researches new products for information management, technology upgrades and innovative improvements.
·         Assists with the specification, purchase and installation of new equipment as described above.
·         Manages the specification, purchase and installation of all new computer hardware and software for the network.
·         Manages all such equipment so as to provide for efficient and reliable operation at a reasonable maintenance cost.
·         Oversees the annual line item budget expenditures for operation and maintenance of office equipment.
·         Develops a process for backup operations and disaster recovery on all data collection devices so as to guarantee the integrity of archive and on-line files for all users.
·         Develops and maintains a process for ensuring system integrity and security from unauthorized users as well as virus contamination.
·         Develops and presents training on new devices for department employees as needed.
·         Develops reporting formats as required for various department needs.
·         Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.
Required knowledge, skills and ability:
·         Graduation from an accredited university with a major emphasis in computer information systems preferred;
·         Four (4) years of on-the-job experience in computer information systems maintenance and support.
5. Projects Accountant
Job Profile
Person will handle Banking transactions, Purchase & Sales Accounting, MIS requirements & therefore should have thorough knowledge in these areas as well as in all General Accounting transactions required in routine Accounting work. Person should also have basic knowledge of Direct & Indirect Taxes & should be able to work in ERP environment.
Qualification – Graduate/Post Graduate in Commerce. CA/ICWA Intermediate/MBA Finance will be given preference.
Experience
·         Should have 3 to 4 years of experience in Finance/Accounts in reputed firm.
·         Should be good at MS-Excel
