Duties and responsibilities
- Prepare course programmes and train in fashion courses.
- Create proposals and present them to clients.
- Design and draft garments.
- Source for materials and accessories.
- Get actively involved in other activities involving the business.
Person requirements
- Have a diploma or degree in fashion design and experience in the fashion industry.
- Have experience in garment design and construction.
- Have good communication and presentation skills.
- Be flexible and adaptable.
- Be self driven and innovative.
- Be transparent and accountable.
- Be resourceful.
- Be creative.
- Be able to work under deadlines and meet targets.
