Job Ref. MN 4537

Our client, The National Fund for the Disabled of Kenya was established on October 4, 1980 during the Kenya National Year for the Disabled. This was done through public fund-raising effort.

The Fund was incorporated as a Trusteeship under the Perpetual Succession (Trustees) Act Cap. 164 of the Laws of Kenya on April 6, 1989.
