Other brands include Gold Touch facial care, Golden Shine shoe care, Bouncy baby care range, Versman & Verseva perfumes. We have a well defined distribution networks in over 10 countries. Our human capital base is over 400 personnel.
We are in the process of strengthening our Human Resources Department by bringing on board a qualified, energetic, passionate and result oriented expert in Performance Management.
The successful candidate must believe that the success of an organization is determined by the abilities & competences of its human resource. This is a senior position reporting to the MD.
The key roles for this position are:
- Translation of the corporate strategy into deliverables.
- Develop and implement elaborate performance management systems.
- Drive the entire organization’s human resource to achieve performance excellence.
- Identify training needs and offer/organize for relevant training and coaching.
The successful candidate must portray a high passion for people management & development with the aim of bringing out the best out of each individual.
This is a very demanding position in the organization and the incumbent must have:-
1. A university degree.
2. MBA will be an added advantage.
3. Professional training in Human Resource Management
4. Over 5 years experience in a senior management position in a busy/recognized organization on 2 years of which must be in performance management with a good track record.
