1. Marketing Executive  (A Lady)
Responsibilities
  • Liaise with Managing Consultant in formulating marketing strategies in order to meet set targets.
  • Research and initial contact with potential clients- setting up appointments with prospective client’s contact person, making presentations to clients and following them up to ensure all leads are sealed.
  • Increase company’s market presence through vigorous, continued marketing effort
  • Ensure that all KPIs, SLAs agreed with clients through continuous after sale contacts
  • Maintain frequent contact with client and achieve cross selling of company’s services by understanding client needs and offering personalized solutions/
  • Liaise with management in marketing research and product development.
  • Assist in other related duties or as signed by the Managing Consultant.
Position Requirements

  • A professional qualification in Marketing. Candidates with a Bachelors degree in Marketing will have added advantage.
  • A minimum of three (3) years experience in marketing services to corporate is a MUST. Candidate with experience in marketing consultancy services are preferable.
  • Potential Candidates MUST be flexible and versatile. Additionally, candidates must be willing to travel both within Kenya and East African Region if required.
  • Ability to network and Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a MUST
2. Recruitment Consultant
Responsibilities
  • Solicit for potential candidates in all career categories through networking, advertising and other means. Download CVs from company emails, arrange them in orderly manner and overly ensure continued growth of the company’s CV database.
  • In liaison with the Marketing Team, Draw up proposals and make follow up calls.
  • Draw up literature required for updating for Proposals, Profiles and the Company Website
  • Attend to all enquiries from both Existing and potential clients.
  • Ensure that all vacant positions are filled within clients lead time.
  • Liaise with partnering institutions and overly project a positive image of the company.
  • Make calls and schedule appointments for the Managing Consultant; take messages on behalf of the managing consultant.
Position Requirements
  • A Minimum Diploma in Human Resource or Business Management. Potential candidates with a bachelor’s degree in HR or Business management will have added advantage.
  • A minimum of one years (1) experience in a HR Consultancy firm is a MUST.
  • Ability to prioritize, self organization and excellent communication and interpersonal skills is a MUST.
  • Potential candidates with working knowledge of Ms Photo Shop and Desktop Publishing will have a unqualified advantage.
