Senior Monitoring and Evaluation Officers: ICAP – Kenya of Columbia University Jobs

International Centre for AIDS Care and Treatment Programs (ICAP) – Kenya of Columbia University is working in partnership with the Ministries of Medical Services and Public Health and Sanitation to strengthen HIV Prevention, Care and Treatment services at provincial and district facility level.
This program is part of an US Government initiative against HIV in Kenya that receives funding from PEPFAR through Center for Diseases Control and Prevention (CDC).
Closing date: 31 Jul 2010 Location: Kenya – Nyanza and Eastern
Key Responsibilities:
  • To develop, implement, and establish systematic monthly reporting
  • To develop ME tools
  • To provide technical assistance to health care facilities
Minimum Requirements:

  • Advanced Degree in epidemiology, biostatistics, public health, international health or related discipline
  • At least 5 years’ proven professional experience in the design, implementation and management of health monitoring and evaluation systems, with at least 5 years’ experience in monitoring and evaluation of HIV programs
  • Strong data management and analysis skills
